EXTENSION AND LOFT CONVERSION IN WATFORD EXTENSIONS

Romeo and his team have completed a large single storey extension and loft conversion today! I am incredibly pleased with the job they have completed. The finish is to an extremely high standard.
The job involved removing a large bank of earth, building a retaining wall, knocking through, installing a steel beam and bricking up a window. Once this was completed the building team installed roof lights and a bi-fold door. Romeo’s next team then arrived, the internal specialists! They installed a new kitchen, laid all floors, both wooden and tiles, painted the walls including a large hallway amongst other things. The guys Romeo uses for electrics and plumbing were on site when required to complete their elements of the build.
I can not compliment Romeo’s team enough. They turned up every day without fail at 8am and worked incredibly hard until 6pm. They were polite and nothing was too much trouble.
During the build the site was tidy, so tidy in fact my neighbours commented how impressed they were. They have also said that they have not felt inconvenienced at all by the works.
I feel that Romeo priced the build fairly and we negotiated additional costs along the way. The flexibility of the team helped us to add some further jobs to the original specification.
I have enjoyed arriving home every evening to see the team’s progress. The whole project only took 13 weeks; they have left the house with nothing left for us to do which is fabulous.

GROUND FLOOR SINGLE STORY EXTENSION – approx 30sqm EXTENSIONS

I could not recommend Romeo and his team highly enough. The finish to my flat (a refurbishment including the addition of a second bedroom) is to an exceptional standard, with Romeo taking obvious pride in his work. Romeo was always contactable, I think that during the four month project only one of my many(!) calls went unanswered, and he called me back almost straight away. His team are also wonderful, I think he uses very few contractors so they have a similar commitment to quality that he does. I was consistently impressed to see at least three men on the job whenever I stopped by (and in a small one bed that’s quite a few!). Even the plastering was done by two plasterers, each with an assistant – again, this was exceptional given the small size of the flat. My neighbours have been equally impressed with their work ethic and quality and have hired Romeo for a project on their flat based on their observations. Again, a highly recommended contractor!

LOFT CONVERSION FOR A FIRST FLOOR MASSIONETTE

When I meet Romeo first for loft conversion project , I could clearly make out that he has worked very hard to come so far. He showed professionalism in his approach and never tried to win the customer by overstating the facts. He is very approachable and ensures that any queries raised by his customers are dealt with quickly despite working on multiple projects jobs in parallel having a large team in company that can deliver in according customer request.

RDS Building Contractors Ltd was responsible for all the job from the beginning and he was providing a good service in terms of deism and planning permission as working with architects for this project. Romeo spent enough time to sure al my concerns were dealt with even thought it was not confirmed that I will eventually hire him for the job.

He quoted a realistic initial price with details enough to help me realize  where all the money is being spent  on. Romeo and RDS BUILDING CONTRACTORS LTD is company that provide large team of skilled people who deal with all aspects of construction and they provide a high skill of work ranging from team of electricians,plumbers,roofers,decorators and carpenters.

They had been very punctual and never been absent or late at work . Romeo identified flaws with the placing of steel beams and liaised with architect and  building inspector to rectify the design.

Romeo was flexible and allowed me to purchase materials on his behalf since I was very keen in buying a specific brand of insulation and velux windows and did not charge me for extra expenses incurred.

RDS Building Contractors exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and finishing of the end of the end product and we are happy to recommend him and the company for anyone that looking for seriously and reputable builders.

LOFT LOFT CONVERSIONS

Having hired RDS building contractors to build my dormer loft conversion with 2 bedrooms and bathroom,I can’t recommend them enough.Their involvement truly made this a painless experience and the quality of work has resulted in an end result that exceeded my expectations.Romeo and his team met or exceed the benchmark on every aspect of the job. Professionalism, communication, work ethic, quality and attention to detail. Any initial wariness I had hiring a company based solely on the testimonials on their website were removed once I had met Romeo face to face. His manner in dealing with me was always as a professional tradesman and never as a salesman, building a level of trust that gave me confidence that I had chosen the right person for the job before the work had even started. DOUBLE & SINGLE STOREY EXTENSION AND INTERNAL & EXTERNAL REFURBISHMENT

Thank you to RDS Building Contractors Ltd  for the fantastic job done on our property .RDS offered and delivered a complete services that included all building works,plumbing  and electrical installations ,bathroom& kitchen fitting ,rendering &patio laying  and internal decoration.The team successfully delivered our large extension plus significant modifications to the existing house. All the work including redecoration of entire property, was completed with minimum of disruption.

It was a big project ,but skilled personnel,good communication and project management meant the work ran to schedule. HOUSE REFURBISHEMENT AND SIDE EXTENSION

It has been a very big job and RDS BUILDING CONTRACTOR LTD. has done it exceptionally well . The team completely renovated the house – starting with the structural alteration ( demolished walls and built new ones ) . They did all the plumbing work and electric work – ( new pipes in the whole house and insulation in the loft ).
The specialist repair the boiler and installed the wireless heating control system . We had three bathroom completely changed – including the layout design change , new plumbing and electric , new mosaic tiles and fitted new sanitary ware .
In terms of decoration , RDS provided high quality finish – the most desired for us .All walls and ceiling were repaired and make nice and smooth , then painted with very good quality paint . The audio system was fitted in ceiling with speakers in master bedroom and en-suite . The team did all the wooden floor in all property , fitted new lights everywhere where we wanted and changed the old lights . They fitted the new kitchen and helped assemble some of the new furniture . We were advised not to change the windows , to save money and offer to change the windows handles and locks – our windows look completely new now and have a smart finish .
I would recommend RDS BUILDING CONTRACTORS LTD. if you need a high quality of finish- they understand and know how to achieve it .
They have been polite and paid attention to our needs in terms of time lines for completion .

DORMER LOFT CONVERSION

RDS BUILDING CONTRACTORS LTD. were responsible for the structural work . they took the roof off . ensuring it was carefully covered each night so no water can get in .
Our loft conversion was brick build , so RDS ensure that the bricks were a good match to our existing walls which gives a nice looking external finish. work was delayed a little due the weather , so they employed extra bricklayers to ensure that the project did on time . RDS was amenable to our requests and used top hinged Velux windows to ensure the space worked for us . Once the staircase was installed the carpets and surface in the hallway and stairs in our house were protected and the team took care when going through the house . The decorating team then took over and completed the decoration . They installed the bathroom using materials we supplied and provided a smart finish with both tiling and flooring . They take great pride in the finish of their work . We have no hesitation in recommending RDS BUILDING CONTRACTORS LTD. to any future potential clients.
